At least three people have been injured after a shooting near a metro station in Lille, France. - A 14-year-old boy is among those hurt, reportedly being shot in the leg. - Another victim was hit in the neck. According to local media, witnesses heard at least five shots and a heavy police presence is at the scene. It is unclear if the gunman has been apprehended.

Taking a gun out and randomly shooting people is pretty much the definition of terrorism, no matter who or what the reason.
Most urbanized cities in Europe with train stations...are also drug sales centers. Cops have virtually all come to the conclusion that it was a drug-gang ‘message’ to an opposing drug-gang, with civilians in the middle.
If you go to Essen, Germany or Duisburg, Germany...various drug-gangs (Lebanese, Serbian, Turk, Kurd, etc) in the mix. They all have illegal weapons (shocker for the authorities with all the laws in place). About once a month now in Germany, there’s some drug-war activity....gang shoot-outs. Cops come in...pick up the body, and write a report....little else occurs. Prosecution and Judges have no stamina for handling cases like this.
