Doubt if it would make any difference in most parts of Texas. Understand 45 percent of students are Mexican. ESL classes are the norm. If they were going to homeschool seems like they would have stayed in Mexico. Saw picture of several students walking across the border in Brownville to the U.S. side and getting on a school bus which took them to one of our public schools.

Just one more reason to homeschool, form cooperatives with other parents, or sacrifice that new car or new house to private school your child.
