Bummer your weather hasn't improved. You got a little taste of Spring and it was yanked away.
Nothin' special here. Just did the weekly food shopping, especially the cat food. LOL! Can't let the kittehs go hungry!
Good evening, radu...((HUGS))...any good light shows?
Still melting here and the mornings aren’t too bad. This morning I got stuck behind a 2 car accident. Long time just sitting....no where to go.
I really felt like we were in tornado alley somewhere. The lightening was so vicious. Many transformers were hit. I swear it hit the corner of my house as it sounded like a mild explosion. The thunder was like nothing I’ve ever heard. I don’t mind saying I was just a wee bit nervous for a number of hours! lol
When the rain finally started it was coming down so hard I couldn’t see my front curb!
With the snow melting does it ice up at night?
I love it being light later.
No more light shows today but we had a good one last night. You didn't get to check the Canteen much since you were busy so here's a shot I posted last night.
There was a lot more afterwards but the rain and wind kept me inside. Dang the luck! LOL
Good evening, ML...((HUGS))...you and Penny able to get out and walk?
Did you get to go to pub night?
That certainly sounds like the kind of weather we get here. It can get vicious and hair-raising when the storms are right on top of you. Really bad when there’s a mess to clean up afterwards. We’re still cleaning up after a storm that hit a couple of weeks ago.
Hope you weren’t left with a mess or any damage to your house.
What a special entrance Patty made. Great video. Thanks!
Since our walks have been curtailed by ice, snow, wind, dirt, salt, and freezing cold, penny’s CLAWS have not been worn down by pavement as they are all summer. So we walked up to the groomers(less than a half mile away) and she had a pedicure. Also, her dew paws were trimmed and for free (Birthday Special) her paw pads were waxed and moisturized to protect them from the elements. She was VERY good, and was rewarded with a pig’s ear!
Even with the painful tendonitis in my strumming hand, I wore a brace, took some pain pills and went to pub night. I did seven songs, and used the 12-String.
It hurt so good.
First tests have been done....now they are waiting on something else.
Several months ago the wind gave my flag pole a 90 degree bend. Now I have a better pole, I hope, and just need to get the new bracket up.
Well, it sounds like you’ve been able to get your regular work done since they don’t have things ready for you to start tangling with it.
Sure hope it doesn’t mean the boss will have to stick around into next week to make sure all’s well before she goes home. EEEEEEK!

Thanks. Luckily, everything still intact. I couldn’t handle that kind of weather as a normal happening. Guess not being used to it makes it even more un-nerving.
Single digits at night....melt freezes up.
Thankfully, the main streets seem to be pretty dry in the morning.
...and the ones on the home front, too! |
I’m off for home....
......till they all come home.....
