Was the victim an American?
If so, who are the local accomplices to this rape? Who are the local New American advocates? The local Immigration advocates? Who is responsible for the illegal sanctuary policy? Who publicly supported it?

I hope there is a lawsuit, and I hope that the individuals responsible for the sanctuary policy can be sued PERSONALLY and not just the county itself.
Mayors, city council members, county commissioners, school board members, etc. should not be able to hide behind some sort of immunity when “acting for the government”. Every official that voted for or chose to support a sanctuary policy should be bankrupted personally by lawsuits instead of passing the cost on to their taxpayers.

Heard someone on the D.C. radio, who is on the Board of Ed in Louden Co., said the sanctuary policy came down from the Dept. of Education.
