Lahren describes herself as a “constitutional conservative”. She has said that she is a commentator, not a journalist, and has said that her shows are not about presenting news neutrally, but about commentary and “mak[ing] the news”.
Lahren’s commentaries have been described by critics as often racist, a label she disputes.She acknowledges that commentators have lampooned her as “White Power Barbie”. She has been described as an “anti-feminist who admires strong women”, whose positions on immigration are similar to those of Donald Trump. She has criticized African American people for various social issues, including drug abuse and unemployment. She has stated that she believes in women’s empowerment, and looks up to women from the political left and the political right.
In July 2016, Lahren wrote a tweet comparing the Black Lives Matter movement to the Ku Klux Klan.[4] Tens of thousands of people signed a Change.org petition in response asking for her to be fired from TheBlaze. The petition was unsuccessful. In November 2016, Lahren released a video on the protests against Donald Trump. In August 2016, she released a video criticizing Colin Kaepernick, who had been protesting racism by kneeling during the playing of the national anthem before football games.
In March 2017, Lahren said she believed women should have access to abortion and described herself as pro-choice. She was subsequently criticized by a number of anti-abortion writers and suspended from The Blaze.

If she has most everything else right about conservatism, then I have got to assume that her stance on abortion is because she is uneducated on abortion. The abortion agenda, just like the homosexual agenda, can be dressed up so as to hide all of the gutwrenching, evil parts.
She is naive and needs to do some deep research and soul searching on this issue. She needs to have conversations with or read first hand accounts of women who were coerced into abortions as teenagers and still feel keen pain over birthdays and other milestones that will never happen. She needs to see one of those awful videos of an abortion being performed. She needs to visit a neonatal ICU and see babies who should still be in the womb, but are fighting for life in incubators, their anxious parents pacing the halls. If she has never had a baby herself, then that step might be necessary in order to stimulate her maternal instinct and drive home the fact that a fetus is exactly the same as an infant, just younger and smaller.
I won’t throw her out over it, but I do believe she is due for a realization and a change of perspective before she calls us hypocrites because we won’t choose the “freedom” of the mother over the life of the child.
That is exactly what abortion is. Once a pregnancy occurs, there are two existing people and you are choosing a dubious freedom for one and a hideous sacrifice for the other.
