The Blaze has suspended political commentator Tomi Lahren, multiple sources with knowledge of the situation confirmed to The Daily Caller.
In her appearance on The View, Lahren said she is pro-choice and called pro-lifer conservatives hypocrites, saying, “I can’t sit here and be a hypocrite and say I’m for limited government but I think the government should decide what women do with their bodies.”
Lahren’s denouncement of pro-lifers sparked a backlash from her coworkers, as well as other prominent conservatives.
In her typical adversarial style, Lahren fired back at critics on Twitter, saying, “I speak my truth. If you don’t like it, tough. I will always be honest and stand in my truth.”
Soon after Lahren’s tweet, a reporter at The Blaze, Kate Scanlon, tweeted, “There is no ‘my truth.’ There is only the truth.”

At 23-years-old, Tomi Lahren is the youngest political talk show host in history. She ignited a firestorm with her “Red, White, Blue and Unfiltered Final Thoughts” following the Chattanooga terrorist attack that killed three Marines and one Sailor. Two months before college graduation, Lahren applied for an internship with Glenn Beck’s TheBlaze network. She was turned down. Shortly thereafter, Lahren contacted One America News Network for an internship opportunity. After just one interview with network owner, Robert Herring, she was offered her own political talk show. ‘On Point with Tomi Lahren’ was born.
In the summer of 2015, Lahren’s sassy “tell it like it is” commentary caught the eye of Glenn Beck. She is now the newest member of Glenn’s BlazeTV family.
Lahren is not one to pull any punches. Immigration, national security and entitlements are her hot buttons. As a proud South Dakotan, she holds on to her Second Amendment rights, as well.
It’s about time for a talk show host that talks to you, not at you. Truth is, we all want what’s best for this country, some just need to be reminded. That’s Tomi’s job.

She’s awesome and I really like the look of total defeat in the opposing Dem commentators (they like “who cares what I say with HER around) when she’s on Fox, which has been happening a lot lately. She get’s on there and she’ll have her own show in a week.

Big fan of Tomi’s. Young, attractive, bright, courageous. She stepped in it this time, but nobody is 100% pure - or 100% correct.

She'd probably do well enough in sales, or real estate, or quote a few things...whatever she decided to get herself accredited for doing.

This is Jim Robinson’s Free Republic. Though I could not find a specific comment about FR being pro-life on the Intro page, I believe Free Republic is a pro-life website. Only JR can ask someone to leave.
Can any demographic be 100%? No. However, I tend to believe that very close to every single democrat is pro-choice. Do a search of Pro-Life Democrats~the articles would not support that there are a large number of pro-life Democrats anymore. The Democrat Party has moved to the radical left with no apologies. Look they tried to remove God from their platform in 2012.
I don’t know why you would think that abortion is a tool used by MSM to divide party. The GOP has always been pro-life...So where would you want pro-life conservatives to go? Form a new party? Makes no sense especially with the past election of Donald Trump.
President Trump won with a pro-life message~he was apologetically pro-life at last debate. Therefore I don’t see why conservatives should moderate their pro-life position.
Tomi is wrong on this because she is only 23 or 24 years old. I had a similar position at that age too.
I bet she changes once she has children. That happens to a lot of people Libertarian, Republican or Democrat.
Tomi is on the right side with just about everything else.
I read that one. That would be an eye opener for Ms Lahren.She would get to see that many women were forced into abortions against their will.
