I keep seeing these headlines “Judge Orders This” and “Judge Orders That”. Who is this “Judge” guy and how did he end up with more electoral votes than Trump? :)
What an outstanding argument for congress to sharply reduce the powers of the lower courts.
The supremes should be looking hard for an appeal to show that they have some respect for the constitution and a willingness to discipline activist judges.
Their failure to act accordingly will make the filling of the upcoming vacancies a piece of cake for the people who call conservatives left wing.

He should have run for office if he wanted to legislate or run the executive branch.
Perhaps it will become President Trump's destiny to return the judiciary to their rightful place and to restore the balance of power
between the three branches of government.

Seems we have a general over-respect for judges.
They’re imperfect sinners like all others, and in many cases worse than average. They are often affected negatively by their power and connections and status. And they all were lawyers first.
Wa past time to put judges in their place. Impeachments are called for.
It is time to start impeaching judges who are defying the Constituion.

As many of you know on this forum, for years I have worried and then obliquely warned of Civil War here in the United States. I think this and similar stories such as the judge in California telling ICE agents to stay out of California courts are more proof that there really is an effort to get a Civil War started here.
Emotions are being inflamed on more than one front. I am seeing efforts at a race war, not just between Black and White but a veritable free-for-all of one against anyone else who isn’t the same color, religion, political leaning.
Now we are seeing similar efforts inside the branches of the Federal Government, state governments, cities, etc. Each one vying for and if necessary using force to have power over all of the other ones. The Constitution was written so that each branch had specific powers and ‘controls’ over the others.
The end result is still the same, “Someone” Some group NEEDS a Civil War here in the United States. And it’s only by the chaos, destruction and more than that... that they can reshape the shattered United States into their Dream Nation.
And I think that Dream Nation for them is one of Masters and Slaves, Nobility and the Serfs. However you want to think of it. It’s only by shattering the unity of the United States and it’s people that these little tyrants can ‘get their way’.
So this judge intends to unlawfully exert the powers of both the legislative and executive branches, from his bench?
