It says “in court documents filed Wednesday”. Clearly not any kind of an order.
Just sounds like this one judge wanted to go on record stating that he is not part of the judicial usurpation going on in the 9th circuit.
The filing has no binding legal effect and I’m sure the other 28 “judges” in the 9th circuit will all tell him to go f himself.
1- The Hawaii judge went to law school with Obama.
2- Obama is in Hawaii right now.

Obama is working full time to sabotage Trump. The leaks, court decisions, etc all trace back to him.
The court should be a non-factor in the area of immigration, as the Constitution and the law already give the President broad powers and latitude over the whole area.
The Seattle district court judge and the 9th Circuit three judge panel were standing on nothing but thin air with their rulings, which were based on nothing more than partisan liberalism run amok.
This latest from the 9th Circuit has it completely right. The court had no jurisdiction or authority to stop President Trump's executive order, nor does the Hawaii judge.

What happened to the original request for a meeting of the full 9th circuit panel?
wasn’t the first case in Washington state? why would 9th circuit hear that if 9th only covers Alaska, AZ, CA and HI?
Basically, he’s “calling out” these judges. As a Judge, he probably believes that his occupation holds to a higher power than partisan politics.

JUST ONE TIME I’d like to see The President ACTUALLY recognize that this Judge has no jurisdiction; that the plaintiff had no standing, that the resulting ruling is null and void — legal vaporware, essentially — CALL THE JUDGE OUT ON IT, RAM IT BACK UP HIS ASS, and move forward no matter what.
Essentially tell The Court, “YOU’RE FULL OF IT! AND YOU CAN TALK BUT YOU CAN MAKE IT STICK, ‘CUZ YOU AIN’T GOT JACK $#!+ UNLESS YOU PERSONALLY CRAP IT INTO YOUR OWN HAND!”
JUST ONE TIME before I die, I’d like to see a loose cannon judge smacked down by a President — or even a Congress, though that requires far too many people to get their $#!+ together all at once — who knows he has the full force and fury of The Law on his side.
Bottom line to all of this:
The liberal politicians and elites don’t give a crap about who comes in the country...They only care about Trump eroding their “power”...Anything to go against Trump is their ONLY concern...
Their children are in protected private schools...They live in gated communities and have bodyguards protecting them and their families...
They have little to worry about personally and don’t give a crap what happens to everyday Americans as long as they can maintain their “power” by stopping Trump...
