Patriotism: Democrats have become so fond of attacking Republicans and their policies as "un-American" that we wouldn't be surprised if they call for a congressional committee to investigate them. It wouldn't be the first time Democrats have done so.
Although wrongly attached to Republican Sen. Joe McCarthy, the House Committee on Un-American Activities (also known as HUAC) was entirely a Democratic creation.
The committee got its start in 1938, when Democrats outnumbered Republicans in the House by a margin of 334 to 88. And over the course of HUAC's entire 37-year existence, Republicans controlled the House — and chaired the committee — for all of four years. Whatever sins HUAC allegedly committed were done so almost entirely under the committee's Democratic leadership.
Of course, "un-American" for the purposes of that committee's investigations meant actually doing things in service of the nation's enemies, whether it was the Nazis in World War II or the Soviet Union during the Cold War.
These days, however, all that's required to be called un-American by a Democrat is to disagree with their liberal world view.

The last Democrat that i liked, and held in esteem, died in 1963.

With the term, “racist”, losing some of its former zing, “UN-American” is their newest version of it. They know that most conservatives are unabashedly proud Americans, who follow the Constitution and abide by the rule of law, so it’s their plan to hit them where it gets the most reaction.
Now, squishy conservatives will go out of their way to prove that they are not “UN-American”, and offer the dems glass beads and hula hoops.
Just take any column dealing with “racism” and do a word replace to “UN-America” and you’ll see, it’s the same.
It’s also a tool that can be used against conservative minorities.
Just ask John McCain or Lindsey Graham.
The liberals are like piranha in the bottom of the boat. They are flopping around like crazy and trying to bite anything with flesh. Just pick up your feet. They will die soon. A few whacks with a paddle will speed up the process a little.
Democrats are vermin that need to be eliminated.
C’mon, elimination is too quick. Sever their vocal cords is a great warning.
Democrats are not American. Democrats are NeoEuropan
Democrats are the outgrowth of residual Loyalist population that grew in the cities
Democrats are no better than the French or the Germans or the Swedes
And the Berkeley rioters got violent because they were “provoked” by non-violent people.

Dems call Un-American. Isn’t it funny that they wrap themselves in the flag they despise?
Agreeing with demoncraps is now synonymous with treason to the Republic.
So the American way was to tax/penalize someone for not buying insurance..
But disagreeing with the GOP is patriotic. Go figure.
Liberalism is a mental disorder.
Agreeing with Demonicrats is an act of giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
Demonicrats should be designated and dealt with as domestic terrorists, particularly for their support of slaughtering children of the womb.
Since when are all American’s demodummies? I disagree and am HIGHLY OFFENDED being called a “democrat”
