Remove Hawaii AG Doug Chin - Petition -
Change .org ^ | March 8 , 2017 | Sword and Shield of Hawaii

Posted on 03/09/2017 11:09:02 AM PST by LeoWindhorse

In filing his repeated and frivolous law suits against the President of the United States , Donald J. Trump , in the matter of President Trump's legal authority to protect the nation by Presidential Executive Orders , Hawaii Attorney General , Douglas Chin , is endangering the people of the Hawaiian Islands . Chin's ill advised law suits are bringing a bad name and disgraceful reputation to the State of Hawaii and the residents in their entirety , before the rest of the nation and the world . His efforts may even cause international terrorists to focus on establishing Hawaii as a 'friendly base for operations ' . In filing these frivolous law suits , neither Chin , nor the Hawaii Governor David Ige , have sought any input or approval , whatsoever, from the people of Hawaii , in support of these efforts which are now drawing national and international attention . We plea that Chin immediately CEASE & DESIST in trying to speak for 'we the people of Hawaii ' Chin does not speak for us .

Further ; We call upon Governor David Ige to ask Hawaii State Attorney General Doug Chin to step down and vacate his position as State Attorney General . We call upon the Hawaii State Senate to vote to remove Douglas S. Chin from his appointed office . Immediately

Please help Hawaii recover its security and its dignity by asking the Governor of Hawaii to remove this source of Islamo-apologist agitation . The Hawaii Republican Party is virtually non-existent and do nothing to push back against the Democrat super majority that is running rampant and out of control . That leaves only the voice of the sane people to oppose idiotic initiatives like the AG's law suits against Trump . Please help us . We need your help to push back

This is the ongoing conspiracy by the left to obstruct Trump at every turn. First Washington State, now Hawaii, etc.. Get this to SCOTUS, and I think even as presently constituted they would vote in Trump's favor, 5-3.

OTOH, what would one expect coming from the state that conspired to falsify 0dungsh*t's pedigree and candidacy documents?

Chin needs a ride in the Loretta Fuddy plane!

As long as the communists Democrats rule Hawaii the State will never be what it could. The downside is Hawaii has had a problem with some of the nationals. Hawaii could be a gold mine for themselves if the communists were kicked out.

With all the problem’s in Hawaii - high taxes, homelessness, high cost of living, deteriorating infrastructure, a dangerous and unsustainable pension and retirement fund, etc, you would think that the Governor would direct the state AG to more productive endeavors. Yet, Hawaii is a “safe” state. No Congressional seat will be in danger for supporting this stupidity. For sure, since this comes directly from the DNC, any funds required OR legal “assistance” will be from the DNC. No one in Hawaii was asked nor polled if this was a priority for the people of Hawaii. This comes straight from the donkey’s posterior.

Patriots in Hawaii greatly need your help in causing this to become a massive push back , which in itself becomes news worthy .

Many thousands of good Americans are found in Hawaii. We have zero representation and zero voice . Only through methods like this petition can we cause our voice to be heard .

AG Doug Chin does NOT speak for us !
He is a Seattle Liberal transplant and needs to go back to Seattle . He should not become the State’s voice to the rest of the nation . What he is doing , singlehandedly , is a disgrace . Help us .

Hawaii is pretty much full blown communist. The petition will go nowhere.

I understand your position, but the government there is horrible and even if Chin is removed, Governor Ige will merely install another Communist as AG. There is no question it is a beautiful locale, but we erred gravely in making it a state and supporting the coup d’etat. I think keeping it an Independent Monarchy within a Republican Democracy or Parliamentary one would’ve been preferable, and the Monarchy could’ve reigned in the excesses of decades of hard-left administrations.

Forcing it out now would make it have to grow up and stop perpetuating failed Socialism and all that it entails. Otherwise, supporting a state that hasn’t voted mainstream in 33 years for President, hasn’t sent a Republican House member at a regular election since 1988 or a U.S. Senator since Hiram Fong won his last term in 1970 (nevermind having tossed out its last State Senate Republican in Sam Slom, or had a legislative GOP majority since the 1950s) is a bad idea.

Nothing personal against you or Hawaii, I feel the same way for other places like Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Vermont and the non-Republican Communist areas of California and the Black Hole of Puget Sound and Portlandia, all for starters.

even if Chin is removed,

What do you mean if? Ige will wipe his behind with this petition, he appointed AG **ckface in the first place.

I'd love to kick them out (Sorry Leo, I'd kick my own state out too) but obviously that is not currently on the table.

There is no solution other than try to win damn elections somehow, beat Ige in 2018.
