I clicked on the TV JUST BEFORE Judge Napolitano launched into one of his customarily brilliant commentaries on the current Democrat created Russian NON-SCANDAL that has BACKFIRED on them into the burgeoning WIRETAPPING SCANDAL that should — if Congress does it’s job (FOR A CHANGE) — put obozo and/or his mendacious minions in the slammer! This is EXPLOSIVE STUFF and puts the lie to the FAKE NEWS the left and media (but I repeat myself!) on PMSNBC, NBC, CNN, etc. have been dispensing!

I watched the segment in your link and learned that Napolitano said that the FISA law actually allows the POTUS to spy on anyone, legally. Further, that the POTUS would be able to spy without having to petition the FISA court for a warrant.
With the above in mind, where do you get the notion that this would result in Obama being sent to “the slammer”? Did I miss something?

If the case can be made that obozo or one of his people LEAKED the content of those taps — almost certainly the PURPOSE of the taps — THAT IS A FEDERAL CRIME! Can you think of some OTHER purpose for the taps?
