I don’t know who he was speaking to, but they all reacted as if Graham was a democrat addressing this as a joke.

You are correct. He was at a town hall meeting in his hometown of Seneca, SC this morning. I watched part pic it online. He got lots of boos and some were escorted out. He starting to feel the heat here in South Carolina.
