Well the good news it is shows they know what is happening the bad news it shows they don’t have a clue about what to do about it.
I have mixed feelings about townhalls. If the protests are funded by millionaires, then don’t do it. Most of the hysteria over Trump is media created and the protests are funded by Soros. People forget that the violent Trump protesters were funded by the Clinton Campaign.
Maybe theres hope for him

No, no there isn’t.
The local Miami media played this crap up last week. Some leftards created a “town hall” last week and “invited” Rubio.
When Rubio refused to take the bait, the media covered it like Rubio was cancelling an event. It was Fake News.
Aside from the fact that he is not eligible
You’re right-He lost his way, too
So Rubio’s boss, Soros, tipped him off.
He missed 35% of Senate votes while he was running for President, so why would he bother to do his job now? First he claimed he wasn’t running for reelection, then decided months later that he’d changed his mind. Why the people voted for him is beyond me. He’s a useless twit, collects his paycheck, but doesn’t do anything to earn it.
Oh, Marco, You’ve confessed that the Senate is not your cup of tea, so why would you work to hold on to your seat?
“Why do you sit there looking like an envelope without any address on it?”
- Mark Twain.
“He is simply a shiver looking for a spine to run up.”
- Paul Keating.
Grave Marco

o Create a Voter ID, National card
o Trumpers bring cameras & signs that say “Hateful Dem”
with arrow toward loudmouth. Post pics on Twitter,
#HatefulDems
o Facial Recognition Tech
o Photo all who enter, keep pictures of the riff raff
o Deputize Tea folks with arrest removal powers
o Hire private security for childish Dems
o Shout loud mouths down like Andrew Breitbart style
That being said, I agree with him 101% on his statement above.
If I held his office in the senate (or the House), I wouldn't show, either. I would never play the game the crazies on the Left and their cohorts in the enemedia are playing and who would want me to play along with them as they infect town halls, auditoriums, government buildings, meetings as our streets, our institutions, our sports, our campuses, our entertainment, our judiciary.... everywhere they show up they're try to shout down, scream in rage, infect and destroy...including probable disruption tomorrow night in the halls of Congress during President Trump's SOTU address.
If I were an elected official, I'd figure out some really smart way to hold a "town hall" meeting that the berserkos couldn't destroy. Screw them!
Not scheduling a town meeting under the PRESENT REALITY does NOT mean any office-holder is a "coward"....it means he won't play their game...same as President Trump is doing by taking a pass on the Correspondents' Banquet, a decision which made me shout aloud in admiration and congratulations when I heard about it on the tube. Screw them!
When dealing with vipers and whackos, you have to design your own game, not play theirs.

Marco has never been so happy since these organized protesters at town halls popped up.
He used to get the treatment from our own folks calling him out. Now he’d get it from folks paid to do it, and violently.
So sure Marco, we get it..., all the way around pal.
Leni
I’d watch that.
Can we require people to bring proof of residency to a town hall meeting? Seems like the Soros rent-a-mob is bussing people in for these things.
Oh, and Marco - grow a pair.
I remember about 7 years ago when people were packing Democrat town halls and raising all sorts of Cain over the enactment of Obamacare. Those congressmen and senators played the same game with cancelling town halls and running from their electorate. Now the shoe is on the other foot and if the Democrats were cowards in 2010 then the Republicans are showing no more courage now. So I’m sorry, Rubio is a wuss and so are the other ones who are running for cover.
