Disgraced Gov. refuses to follow federal law on immigration, half his state wants to leave – but can

read the comments about people having difficulty selling real estate.

Face it except for illegals no one wants to move to Connecticut.

Until they change direction, property prices are going to plummet.

My cousin and her husband retired to a lovely wooded condo community in Litchfield, they paid about $170,000 and about 5 years later started trying to sell to join their daughter now settled in North Carolina. Each year they lowered the price beyond what they had ever thought acceptable, and finally after 7 years they “sold” it for $25,000.

They took a terrible financial beating, and they are not well-to-do at all, but they are so happy and thankful that they are out!

I was born and raised in Waterbury, CT in the 70s & 80s. My dad is a retired Wtby cop. As my grandmother would say, vote with your feet!

Connecticut is a cesspool of corruption where evil politicians and criminals dwell and feast off of the innocent.

I left CT for college in 1988 never looking back and now dwell in Texas since 2001 and recently moved my folks down in 2015. Never been more pleased especially when I read current news about where i came from.

I feel for those that cant exit Connecticut.

There are a lot of the “forgotten man” in WTBY and in the state of CT, but not enough to make the state to go Red. I was a senior in high school 1984 when Reagan campaigned in downtown WTBY. It was a great moment and I will never forget it.

Maybe, just maybe, Trump can turn this country around and bring back manufacturing into that state. Imagine all the jobs that would return. I remember the brass snap that fastened the chin guard of my boot camp helmet had WTBY stamped on it. I heard that Connecticut was on Hitlers bombing raid list had he conquered Europe. And how great it would be if Devos can bring in Vocation education again. Not all need to go to college. I went to Kaynor Tech and learned Tool and Die trade. Never used it, but I know a thing or two.

In all fairness, it was not only the 8 years of Soetoro that ruined CT, he basically pushed it over a point of no return. I blame the RINO BUSH club that came in after Reagan.
