Yes, Janet Napolitano, Robert Reich ......and Berkeley is also about to award globe-trotting spawn of all that is wrong in the world, Alex Soros a Ph.D. (if he ever sticks around campus long enough to collect it.) I do wonder who is on his doctoral committee?

I noticed that the Berkeley history department preparing to award baby Soros a Ph.D. funds many of their students with a massive Soros family endowment (or foundation) grant. So that is probably all we need to know.
