I get it that there are two jurisdictions. What is just as apparent is that it is a ruse for the purpose of getting a second bite of the apple.

Most people of Indian origin aren't - they lead all ethic groups in the US in household income. Over $100k/year on average - they aren't on any assistance programs.

India is run for the benefit of the Hindu majority. There is no possibility that they would allow a totally alien ethnic group to come in and become the richest ethnic group in India. If that were allowed, somehow, over a couple of decades the resenent would be severe. Killing of this sort would be a regular occurrence.

The ruling party in India is the BJP, which translates to Hindu Nationalist Party. India does not permit mass immigration of any sort.

You would think so, but the richest groups of Indians are Zoroastrian Paris and Orthodox Christians.
