An FBI agent on Thursday showed jurors a slew of phots and messages found on defendant Darryl Thorn's Facebook page, including Thorn's stated plan of "sneaking back" onto the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge a year ago.
Thorn, a member of Washington's 3 percent militia, proclaimed in a Feb. 4, 2016 private Facebook message: "I won't let my brothers and sisters die by themselves.
After having left the refuge by early Jan. 27, 2016, he talked of his plan to go back to the refuge, saying, "I have a good lay out of the land.".......
Thorn's defense lawyer, Marc Friedman, suggested that his 32-year old client "perhaps wanted to play himself up as being more than he was." He asked Yeager if he had any knowledge that Thorn physically tried to get back on the refuge, and the agent just pointed back to Thorn's social media posts....

Another story was published by "OregonLive" on the video from defendant Jason Patrick's phone presented as evidence as the prosecution.
It shows the fear and tension on January 26th, 2016 after word of the FBI ambush that killed LaVoy Finicum.
There's talk of fighting back and a vote on whether to leave.
The fear dripping in the video and talk about using force is of course a reaction to the aggression of the FBI. Its aggressive action leaves the defendants and others in the video in a state of fear and paranoia.
A fear and paranoia as to whether they will be the next FBI victims of another Ruby Ridge or Waco situation after the killing of LaVoy.
If you read the story about Thorn, he says in a private Facebook message "I wont let my brothers and sisters die by themselves" and they may very well have died on Feb. 11, 2016 when the FBI assault began.
But fortunately David Fry was able to connect with Gavin Seim and put out a live audio stream to the world, foiling any FBI plans for violence and death that night.

Funny how they were hunted and one shot to death. While the pipeline people were treated far better and they are even having the government literally clean up their poop after they left.

I’m not sure about what’s true and what’s emotional propaganda to distract sometimes.
The policy in Washington is wrong and needs to be changed.
Its up the Trump Administration to free the ranchers and farmers from control and regulation and free the prisoners in jails now.
The ball is in Washington’s court to bring justice to the killing of LaVoy.
Foreign interests from the Arab World like the Saudis and Qataris who funded jihadists in Syria that spawned ISIS seem worse than anything Russia does in the world.
