The President today declared a major disaster exists in the State of Nevada and ordered Federal assistance to supplement State, tribal, and local recovery efforts in the areas affected by severe winter storms, flooding, and mudslides from January 5 to January 14, 2017.
Federal funding is available to State, tribal, and eligible local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations on a cost-sharing basis for emergency work and the repair or replacement of facilities damaged by the severe winter storm in the counties of Douglas, Lyon, Storey, and Washoe; the independent city of Carson City; and the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe, Reno-Sparks Indian Colony, and the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California.

Truckee river through Reno has taken a toll. Outside Reno, lots of work for dozer and grader operators. Washed out dirt roads. Cheap fix for most of the rest of Nevada.
Hope the Ponderosa didn’t take too big a hit...
I’m sitting here this morning drinking coffee with river front property. My dirt road is literally a river flowing this morning. Not passable without a high four wheel drive. The hits keep coming.
We need to find a way to dam the atmospheric river. :)
No word on California yet. Hopefully Trump is playing with Moonbat Brown, governor of his sanctuary state.
