The Washington Monument and the World War II and Lincoln memorials were damaged by graffiti over the holiday weekend, officials said.
U.S. Park Police and National Park Service officials said the three sites had graffiti markings that were similar in nature and not considered to be political or racial. Authorities would not release photos of the graffiti, saying the incident was still under investigation.
They described it as being written in black ink, perhaps with a Sharpie pen, and slightly hard to read. One message said, “Jackie shot JFK.” Another message mentioned the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. And another part of the graffiti said, “blood test is a lie” and mentioned leukemia, cancer and HIV, saying “get second opinion.”

This is really bizarre. Worrying about blood testing?
But then again, scum graffiti just their names and gang names on things all the time. I guess some “non-sequitur” type graffiti wouldn’t be out of the question!
In other words, the graffiti guy was drunk, high, insane, or staggeringly stupid. Put out an APB on Democrats under the age of 35 who don't have a solid alibi.
The big clue the WaPo leaves out is what was written about 9/11.
