McCain is a true Useful Idiot and as long as he kisses their azz and in return gets good press, he will continue to be used by them. What a POS.
During the 2000 Republican primaries, McCain became the darling of the media and of Democrats for being even more liberal than Bush on immigration and for walking hand in hand with Russ Feingold on campaign finance reform. His popularity got to his head and he's managed to stay in the spotlight by attacking conservative and nationalist Republicans ever since. McCain's hubris and stupidity got the better of him in 2008, when he couldn't or wouldn't recognize why the media no longer loved him once he stood in the way of one of their own.
