NBC News anchor Chuck Todd said "press bashing" is not a fit activity for a president, just moments after President Trump laid into several reporters at the White House in his first solo press conference as president.
Trump assailed the "dishonest" media for doing "a tremendous disservice to the American people."
After, Todd warned that "this is not a laughing matter."
He added, "I'm sorry, delegitimizing the press is un-American."

I have been a witness of you and your cohorts for 54 years.
For a bunch of people that do nothing to contribute to the National GDP of America, you sure have and continue to have your mouths moving a lot, with nothing of any substance coming out.
Anytime somebody with some grit stands up and attempts to do something right for this country, oh, has the volume of nattering ever gone up and out of your mouths, and none to aid that person.
You live in all those high-falutin’ buildings or homes that cost two or three what a blue-collar American paid for their place.
You live far away and removed from any of what life is for many, many folks in this country.
