House Oversight Chairman Chaffetz refers Bryan Pagliano to DOJ for charges

Rep. Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions today asking Sessions to consider convening a grand jury or bringing charges against Hillary Clinton’s former IT guy, Bryan Pagliano. Pagliano was subpoenaed to testify before the committee last year but refused to appear on two occasions. After the second refusal, the Oversight Committee voted to hold Pagliano in contempt.

Chaffetz’ letter to AG Sessions reads in part, “Because Pagliano’s job functions included supporting mobile computing issues across the Department, he was uniquely positioned to answer questions regarding State Department policies and practices for preserving records, as well as the technological procedures utilized to do so.” The letter concludes, “In light of Pagliano’s contumacious conduct in refusing to testify, the Department should bring the matter before a grand jury for its action or file an information charging Pagliano with violating 2 U.S.C. § 192.”

The only way to prevent any further occurrences is to prosecute that lying woman to the fullest extent of the law.She would be a great poster child for what not to do while in government.

“I retired from as a foreign service information management specialist (and Army paratrooper), so I know my way are the Foreign Affairs Manual and other guidance... The inference here is that Hillary’s entire troupe is going to be bagged in the process - once they (let me help) get the evidence, it is just a matter of how to destroy those law breakers. Sec Kennedy should go down too even though he is now retired.”

I hope you are right.

I got to imagine that this new AG Sessions isn’t going to be as look-the-other-way on the crimes of the Clintonistas as former AG Lynch was ;)

“Let’s see how the lamestream media chews on this developing juicy hambone.”
They will just ignore it.

Doesn't seem likely the lamestream will be allowed to ignore the spectacle of Hillary Clinton 's trial and punishment on the TV screen.

By that time, President Trump will be showing video clips of the proceedings twice a week at his pressers.

I was actually hoping that Obama would issue pardons,

Same thing can be accomplished by slow walking prosecutions until statute of limitations runs out.

From your keyboard to God's ears!!!

Just because someone retired from govt. doesn't mean they can't be prosecuted, does it?

It’s gonna be fun watching all of the arrogant crooks who thought the fix was in for them showing up in court or for oversight hearings with a new attitude.

If he is granted immunity he must testify.

OTOH if he claims a lack of memory that gets more sticky. Under some circumstances he can be held in contempt and jailed until his memory improves.

The Clintons were paranoid when Pagliano was called to testify.

Pagliano musta been in fear for his life.

To placate the Clintons and to “avoid testifying,” he took the 5th 125 times.

Pagliano plead the 5th because he was told the fix was in and he thought Hillary would be President in 2017.

Turns out the fix was not in and and Hillary is not going to be the President any time soon.

He is looking at serious jail time now that his sweet heart immunity deal is DOA.

Not sure he is going to want to plead the 5th this time around and go to prison for 30 or so years in the big house to cover for Hillary. This time around he may ask DOJ to supersize his immunity deal and turn states evidence to add some meat to it.

CBS: WikiLeaks dumps more John Podesta emails;
Hillary’s campaign was slow to grasp threat of home server

CBS / FR Posted on 10/12/16 by eekitsagreek

WASHINGTON -- Hacked emails show that Hillary Clinton’s campaign was slow to grasp the seriousness of the controversy over her use of a homebrew email server and believed it might blow over after one weekend.

Two days after The Associated Press was first to report in March 2015 that Clinton had been running a private server in her home in New York to send and receive messages when she was secretary of state, her advisers were shaping their strategy to respond to the revelation.

Among the emails made public Tuesday by WikiLeaks was one from Clinton campaign spokesman Nick Merrill, who optimistically suggested that the issue might quickly blow over. (Excerpt) Read more at cbsnews.com ...

He is placating whomever is paying his legal bills. I think they asked that question in a deposition and he declined to answer.
