As questions over the Trump administration’s contacts with Russia roil U.S. politics, the Kremlin is taking a decidedly measured approach, carefully weighing what it says to avoid jeopardizing a chance for better relations between Moscow and Washington.
This same patience is evident in Russian state media, helping to temper public expectations of the man who entered the White House with a friendly posture toward President Vladimir Putin.
Opinion polls have shown that the initial public euphoria in Russia after President Donald Trump’s victory has given way to a more sober mood.
Last week, Putin used a visit by the president of Slovenia to raise the possibility of meeting Trump in the homeland of his wife, Melania. But he acknowledged it will take time for Trump to finish forming his team before both sides can set a time and place for such a summit.

So the Russians are patiently waiting for a thaw, while also provoking WWIII, at least according to the left-stream media.
The Russians WANT normalization with the US.
Badly.
We can extract a price for that. And, if you/we can’t, Trump can.
I think the purpose of this article is to convey the idea that the Russian people are giving up on Trump and coax more to do so, reducing Putin's support among Russians.
Russians have predicted that there would be a soft coup attempt to take down Trump team.
Everyone pretty much seems to get it, but our presstitutes.
Okay now, back to the laundry list of normal things Russia is doing that can be demonized...
Of course they are waiting patiently off the East coast in a battleship.
with half a dozen US fast attack subs beneath them....Its no big deal.
The Russians are Chess players.
No doubt. But proactive just the same.
