RT is reporting that instead of mess with long and drawn out court battle that President Trump is expected to draw up a new executive order next week to restrict immigration in order to keep America safe.

Trump said on Air Force One “We are actively considering changes or other executive orders that will keep our country safe from terrorism.”

NBC News reports that the Trump administration began working on a new executive a few days before the Ninth Circuit Court ruled against it.

Trump's second order doesn't discriminate; he could put in the handful of exclusion for worker VISAs and permanent residents. If he retracts the order entirely, and does not indicate a relationship to a second order, the District court is powerless to act and would have to dismiss.

BINGO: Trump ordering a complete halt to ALL immigration is an entirely different measure; it would not be subject to a judicial attack of discrimination.

Boy I almost feel sorry for Chuck Schumer... NOT!

Think of these things..

* Although separation of powers is a given, how do we not assume that Schumer isn't talking through back channels to the 9th Circus. Pres. Trump's numbers are 50%+ and the numbers for securing the border / not letting possible "bad actors" in are up their as well, Schumer knows this.
* My antenna are up on the possibility of them talking as the Chief on the 9th requesting a meeting of all the Judges, hmmmm, can you say save Schumer's bacon?
* So he gets Soro's minions to protest, yet he knows if something happens, he the titular head of the DNC, the 9th Circus, and the DNC in total ( especially the 28 Dem's up in the Senate ) he and they own it.
* Schumer has to play both ends of the middle, quell the prog-Soro's protesters and be sane enough not to get blamed for an incident G-d forbid something happens, as he tries to not win back the Senate, but limit it's losses in 18' ( I don't think they do well at all, take that to the bank ).
