I hope The Donald has them all arrested, incarcerated and then we lose the keys.

I remember back during the campaign - maybe after the Chicago riot at the Trump event - Jeff Sessions saying that the Justice Dept should identify rioters who crossed state lines to do so (out of state rioters), as they could face felony charges. AG Sessions - have at’em. Put them away, make them ineligible for positions of public trust—ever.

They were all in the least engaging in disorderly conduct and should have been arrested.

There are two types of assault: attempted battery and creating a reasonable apprehension of harm.
The first type, attempted battery is a specific intent whereas the second type is a general intent crime. Thus, they require two different burdens of proof.
Intimidation is intentional behavior that “would cause a person of ordinary sensibilities” fear of injury or harm. It is not necessary to prove that the behavior was so violent as to cause terror or that the victim was actually frightened.

Why were these protesters not charged with interfering with a federal official during the course of their duties?
It was a good enough charge for the Oregon wildlife protesters.
It looked like she had one. He escorted her back to the vehicle and away from the protestors. I watched the video this morning.
