She came here illegally, she committed other serious crimes while here, she was supposed to go back to her country or be deported. She is being deported, for all the choices SHE made. If she is separated from her family that is her/their choice. Her children can go back to Mexico or if they are citizens they can stay here. It is a choice they have to make, nothing on the rest of us.
She was here illegally, I have seen reports saying her husband is here illegally as well. If he is the father of the children then those children are citizens only due to this country being stupid enough to grant citizenship to babies whose parents have no legal ties to this country! I truly hope we change that policy as well.

Apparently they are so used to lawbreaking Presidents like obama and bush that their new normal of having to obey the law and be deported is “alien” to them.
I saw the kids on tv too. Were they born here or are they illegals too? If illegal; they should have been rounded up during their interviews and hauled off for deportation too. Not mean; just obeying the laws of the land that are just and normal in any civil society.
Democrat congresss about a decade ago passed a law allowing 3 passes for illegals on document fraud.

I agree. It's only too bad we can't pull them retroactively the moment the loophole is closed. It was never meant for anyone other than black slaves 150 years ago.

They’re not U.S. citizens, despite the twisted logic put forward by the “anchor baby” proponents.
Do you have a source for that information? I had not heard of that; under immigration law things like document fraud is a deport-able offense even for legal foreign workers. I would be interested to know how they could justify a pass for a person here illegally.
I have a memory of it because it pissed me off so.

There has been a deportation order for this lady since 2013 that was not being enforced so I guess if she did get passes she used them up.

ID theft is not a victimless crime. I have a friend whose SSN has been used by an illegal for YEARS! It’s ruined his credit, background checks, his life. He’s not been able to get any help to clear his name; contacting law enforcement has done nothing. He’s finally gotten a lawyer but has been told he may get relief, maybe not for a few years. With Trump in, maybe it will be sooner. It’s been his nightmare and the illegal’s dream.
She’s a convicted felon. There was a lawful order to deport her in 2013, Obama stopped her deportation. The long arm of the law finally caught up with her, good riddance. She committed felony identity theft, she has no one to blame but herself.
