Last year, my doctor gave me a flu shot. The inoculation
site swelled up big as a bantam egg & stayed sore for
months. I told him I couldn’t handle that this winter &
he also thought it wise to decline. - So, I’m washing my
hands with soap & water often & trying to just stay home
& mind my own business. - Some of my blood pressure drugs
make me very dizzy; but they’ve tried me on all of them &
what I’m on works okay. - I did wean slowly off one that
was making my ankles and feet swell up like elephant legs.
Took me over a month to totally eliminate it.

My Dad was a paramedic. He always refused to take the flu shots. I have never had one. I take extra vitamin D3 and C, wash hands often, and stay home. If I do have to go out, I have pocket hand sanitizer, and use those cleaning wipes before I touch the shopping carts.

I only had vaccines against small pox and polio-and had the good fortune to miss the contaminated vaccine, but almost all of my class at school did get it. Right now, I’m reading a lot of stuff regarding the vaccines being contaminated. If I had a baby, I’d probably tell them I had religious objections, and let them sort it out and clean it up.

This polio type illness that I have read about in people who have had the vaccine, is also allegedly due to a contamination. I have also quit using any fluoride toothpaste. We have our own well, but if I lived in a City, I’d filter out the fluoride.

The chemical they are using is a by product of fertilizer production. It used to be classed as toxic waste, and it destroyed the land around the plants, and had a negative impact on animals. Now, instead of having a wasted disposal bill to pay, the stuff is added to the water.

Other countries don’t fluoride their water. Well, anyway, I could go on and on, but I just don’t take stuff, and grow my own food as much as possible.

What blood pressure meds caused swelling?

I can’t remember the name of the drug that caused the
swelling. I’ve cut it to three drugs now - a diuretic
(Hydrochlorothazide) & Losartan Potassium & Labetalol.
I’ve tried to gradually decrease the number of those I take
in a day.

For tooth cleaner, I use Uncle Harry’s Tooth Powder with a
little pearl powder & baking soda (Arm & Hammer) mixed in.
No fluoride. - I’m not in the best of health like I’d like;
but I’d hate to see me if I tried any less than I do.

The fluoride deal is cynical & a shrewd way they’ve found
to make big money off poison. - We use a well also - for
30 yrs. now. It’s faintly sulfur; but since everybody out
here but us went on city water, our well has become more
diluted of the sulfur. We just keep on keeping on.

We switched to Tom’s. I use a mix of salt, baking soda, and peppermint oil every now and then.

For awhile, I made hand wipes out of paper towels cut in
half soaked in regular old grain alcohol (from the liquor
store) & stored in a fairly large Ziploc bag. The towels
soaked up the grain alcohol & worked great for natural
handwipes. (Alcohol from the drugstore or Walmart is a
petroleum product. Any substance you apply anywhere on your
body soaks into the skin, into the bloodstream- so I
decided grain trumped petroleum. - Same for vinegar. I use
GRAIN VINEGAR for cleansing and for deodorant. Works for
me. Cheap & natural. Husband has sometimes resisted; but
finally decided resistance was futile. Now, he’s the
best organic gardener around.

I’m not familiar with grain vinegar. I have just the regular kind for cleaning, and organic raw apple cider vinegar with the mother for salad dressings.

The raw apple cider vinegar is great. (Heinz & White House
vinegars are both made from grains. - I usually get White
House when possible since I don’t want to line John Kerry’s
pockets with another dime!) - The real cheap vinegar is
generally PETROLEUM based & sort of hard on the body. It’s
probably OK for cleaning if you don’t end up soaking your
hands in it while cleaning. - Even the grain vinegars are
cheap enough that I use that for cleaning. I’ve tried using
the “mother” to make more vinegar; but mine has never
turned out all that great. - Balsamic vinegar is great
tasting in salad dressings.
