The false Social Security cards can be openly purchased in downtown Los Angeles. There is no attempt to stop it by any law enforcement officials. I have seen one of these cards as part of my work. The numbers are random, and there is no way of telling if the numbers duplicate those of other Americans who may, someday, want to collect benefits. The fake cards are in the name of the individual illegal who possess the card. I assume the employer of the illegal pays into the account for that number, under the illegal’s name. What will happen if the number given to the illegal is the same as one given to an American, and they both claim benefits?
This is identity theft, and is openly condoned by the state of California - and apparently by its elected officials.

As of January 22, 2017 DHS by law requires all drivers licensce applications must be vetted via detailed background check to verify identity. This poses a big problem for Califoria’s illegal alien policy for drivers license to illegals as most California have multiple false identities that they use to get duplicate welfare and other entitlements using multiple fake identities
