The Web of Soros and How He Plans to Overturn Executive Orders

As is well publicized, a Seattle Federal judge has halted President Trump’ executive order pertaining to temporary travel restrictions. What is not more widely known is who is directly responsible for this halt.

The MSM are hailing Judge James Robart’s temporary halt as a brave decision and a fight back against injustice. What the media are largely ignoring is that a judge only rules on a case, the case is brought by a plaintiff and the plaintiff is represented by a lawyer (or group of lawyers).

Unless Trump has planned ahead and is using this to get Gorsuch on the Court this is a complete loss. The left is laughing at him for not ignoring the judge.

Should he?

Soros needs to have a tragic accident.

A nice vacation in a secluded Russian setting (with a small but particularly attentive staff) might be an option.

If we had an AG, Soros could be prosecuted in the Berkeley case for incitement. I understand there’s solid evidence tying him to that one.

Rob Art Order
https://www.scribd.com/document/338367726/Rob-Art-Order

From article: Soros promotes “Justice Reform”

The OSF (Open Society Foundation) has budgeted almost $100 million for US activities in 2017, predominantly to be spent on “Democratic Practice, Equality and Anti-discrimination, and Justice Reform”. The fact that a private citizen will be spending $100 million to enact changes in the democratic process and rule of law in a nation that is the benchmark of modern democracy is quite unnerving.

Try using ublock— https://www.ublock.org/.

It works quite well, although some websites will not allow you to look if you have ads blocked. The site linked to the article above works quite well with the blocker.

I would offer this:

1) Litigate back, and better, and win.

2) Start solid and quiet investigations of Soros. Use the NSA database of all recorded conversations, and prepare a case to be tried in the court of Public Opinion. Start leaking the information to the public.

Unless Trump has planned ahead and is using this to get Gorsuch on the Court this is a complete loss. The left is laughing at him for not ignoring the judge.

This could be a strategy on Trump's part. He acted on his campaign promise by issuing the EO, and he is showing respect for our legal system (which Obama did not) by abiding with this order. I am not sure how this would get Gorsuch on the court, but Gorsuch will probably ultimately get on the court -- let's say in May. OK, Trump could have waited until May to issue this EO, when as Laura Ingraham says he would have his AG and all his cabinet and Gorsuch.

But that would have a down side as well. His base would have been asking where is his promised immigration action. And whoever is incoming to the country from Feb-May would have come anyway, but without a spotlight on it. Now even if SCOTUS sends this back to the lower court 4-4, the travelers will be coming in as they would have anyway if he waited to issue the EO in May. So no change there (except bad actors may have motivation to hurry and get in).

And the upside to the current situation, even if SCOTUS does not uphold the EO, is that Americans see what's happening. Americans see that he is trying to keep out bad actors and the courts won't let him. Maybe the ACLU behind this case will get more publicity. I think this publicity makes Americans feel less safe. If they feel less safe, that is not going to entice them to lean more to Democrats. By all the publicity around these travelers from these 7 countries, people will feel less safe, and if the EO had been delayed until May, that publicity would not be happening.
