It’s called insubordination. I know the people in DC are unaware of the term but those of us who live in the real world know. She was directed to enforce a legal order and she refused.
She should not only have been fired, she should never get a job in law again. If lawyers cared about the law she would lose her license.

The Washington Post will not let go of their anti-Trump hysteria until they run off their last rational subscriber or advertiser. They are making their own bed.

Now that is a hard hill to defend. Are they illiterate?

After eight years of Hussein and his phone and pen, the msm has remembered a thing called respect for the rule of law?
And the right needs to get this narrative framed correctly, anyway. It is respect for the rule of law to follow our immigration laws. This nation has been inundated with a false narrative for so long, that even people on the right no longer remember that the illegal immigrants and the lack of vetting are what is against the law, they've turned this on its head and that's how people think now, even people on the right.

"Senator, I believe that the attorney general or the deputy attorney general has the obligation to follow the law and the Constitution, and to give their independent legal advice to the president," Yates said.
and then she gives it first to the media....

The left has shown since the election that they have zero character. My boys were better losers at 3 years old than the 70 year old demonrats are.

wow! what an ABSURD (and obviously false) headline
then we saw it is from the WashPost
(which even our neighbor’s dog won’t dignify by crapping on)
I guess it is necessary for us to see what they’re saying but REALLY it is such a waste of time ... you know in advance they will be lying ... and trying to undercut the election, ex post facto

The woman didn’t even make an appeal to the the law in her refusal. She violated her oath of office.

WaPo and these two hacks calling themselves writers will do anything including lying to derail President Trump, but they won’t succeed.

The rule of law doesn’t mandate going down in a blaze of glory as the AG facilitates the invasion of the country.

Hmmm...I wonder if these same “reporters” asked these questions when Obama told the AG NOT to enforce DOMA?
To: Zakeet
The libs need to answer this: how do you tell the difference between immigration and invasion?

The executive branch is Constitutionally tasked with executing and upholding the Law as determined by the Congress ([pursuant to appropriate review of the Courts].
If a member of the Executive branch determines that their appointed office [assume, DoJ. Which Directs CIA and FBI] will not, by decision, uphold the Law, then that ENTIRE office should be eliminated and replaced.
Sally and every management person under her should be replaced; regardless if they agree or not. Simple-as-that.
MAKE IT HURT.
