Ted Cruz Is Ready To Drain The Swamp And Help Trump ‘Deliver On Promises’ [VIDEO]

Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is excited and ready to help President Donald Trump “deliver on promises” made to the American people.

During this exclusive interview for The Daily Caller News Foundation, Cruz shook his head in disbelief over the errant Republican colleague who recently denied the election was a mandate, and instead suggested voters wanted to end gridlock. In the 47 states where Cruz campaigned, he said “not one person told me to snuggle up to Chuck Schumer and do more of what the Democrats are doing.”

Lots of good stuff here..

For example...

“Advising Trump on how to “drain the swamp,” Cruz suggests standing up to a corrupt Washington, D.C. When tax reform ramps up, Cruz says “don’t listen to the lobbyists who crawl their way in” to pick winners and losers.

Cruz said, “no area has been more damaging than the Obama Administration’s ‘willful blindness’ to radical Islamic terrorism.”

Cruz can make himself useful by shutting Shumer into a proverbial parliamentary closet.

Apparently the Supreme Court pick will come from President Trump’s list, and Ted is unfortunately not on the list (I think because Ted was still running for President when the list was initially released).

I hope Ted becomes the second pick.

Best BOL in a day with many!

Soon some of Shumers pet refugees will kill Shumers donors and he will be in a box of his own making.

Pine, hopefully. Or another appropriate softwood.

Cruz should be Trumps attack dog.

If Ted Cruz really wants to help, he can go over and give Mitch McConnell a hard kick to his keister. Maybe that will jump-start that RINOcrat.

All right, Ted. You’re on the way out of the doghouse. Keep it up.

I don’t believe President Trump needs Ted Cruz’s advice. If Cruz is serious, he needs to get his fellow senators moving on confirmations.

When I see that I might believe he actually wants to help. Right now it sounds like he just wants to run his mouth.

President Donald Trump has shown Ted Cruz the CIA files on his father and mother. End of opposition.

Refreshing! A ‘sincere’ Cruz covering your backside can not be viewed as a negative.

Given Cruz’s behavior from the Convention on, this Texan will need some SERIOUS CONVINCING to get me to vote for him again, in his Primary next year (there are already well-qualified Republicans circling around him now). And it’s even going to be tough to vote for him in the general...I’m still debating that.

But if Cruz can lead the Senate to kill the filibuster for the Supreme Court, he will get my vote in both elections. But I doubt he can.

Cruz is busy trying to rehabilitate his image. It won’t work on me.

His fellow Senators chose the Turtle-faced Bastard from Kentucky for a majority leader. Maybe folks could direct their hate and derision at the real enemy.

Maybe.

And maybe pigs will fly.

I don’t believe the man from Kentucky is mouthing off to the media with advice to the President. Time for Cruz to do something worthwhile instead of still seeking the limelight.
