Exactly. It is not Muslim terror unless the attackers have an up to date “Al Queda” membership card on their person when the attack occurs.
Even a captured attacker who identifies as an Islamic “soldier” and says the attack was a Muslim terror attack, is not allowed to be a terror attack, as with Major Hassan in the Fort Hood Attack.

While anything is possible, it’s difficult to imagine that a Muslim (i.e., a Moroccan) would team up with the infidel to shoot up a mosque. I suspect they’re trying to drip out the bad news (at least in their eyes), that, to at least some extent, Trump was was proven right on this issue.
This gives the US media time to clean it off their pages. The story is already starting to fade and they’re back to the immigration attacks on Trump.
