We discussed this here on FR about a month ago. At the time, McConnell was debating when or if they should recess around Christmas (fear of recess appointment to the SC) because that started the 60 day clock.

So, he's been aware and apparently anxious to use the CRA. What is new is how far back they can go with the neglected report filings.

I'm still pinching myself....it's too good to be true, except it IS true. Hot Damn !!!!When they're done, there will be virtually nothing left of Obie's 8 years, save for the absolution of lots of white guilt having elected a black man as President.

And for the record, I'm color blind. Skin tone is irrelevant, but the socialism and hate for America embodied in that man sickens me.
