White House press secretary Sean Spicer told reporters Wednesday that an alleged draft executive order titled “Detention and Interrogation of Enemy Combatants” “is not a White House document.” “I have no idea where it came from,” stressed Spicer.
Various mainstream media outlets, including the New York Times (NYT) and the Washington Post (WaPo), published the contents of this document, suggesting it was a legitimate draft from White House officials.

Well, lie-rs lie!
Someone in Trump’s team recently said there was a mole on the white house staff and they were going to smoke him out. I’m guessing it’s possible that they gave access to different fake reports to a variety of aides to see which one got leaked. That’s why (1) Spicer is adamant it’s not real and (2) the press is adamant that it is a legit leaked document. They can both be true under this scenario.

It seems like ‘someone’ found this (I’m guessing) coming from Barky and gave it to ‘somebody’ who gave it to a ‘journalist’ and from there it flew on wings to stab President Trump and it came back and stabbed the NYT and WaPo. instead...
