Hillary would win. NYC has a lopsided 9-1 Democratic Party voter registration.
The real question is what’s in it for her running the largest city in the country?

This question really needs to answered before Hillary can get off the 50/50 dime and make her decision on whether or not to run for NYC Mayor.
