I can’t speak highly enough of Judge Andrew Hanen. He stood alone in the gap, steadfast, against the entire weaponized Obama DOJ and White House apparatus…

After a three-year-long Mexican standoff – today Judge Hanen rears righteously back in his chair, launches a well-chewed batch of tobaccy into the spittoon next to the swinging doors of the saloon, and deliberately says ‘git out‘….

The twitchy DOJ lawyers stumble all over themselves as they clamor desperately backwards for the exit.

[page 7] Nevertheless, two important factors have arisen since the time the Government finally chose to file the evidence long-requested by the Court. First, the country has held a national election—the result of which has caused the parties to file a motion to stay. As stated above, that issue will be addressed in a separate order. Second, and more directly related to the evaluation of the need for remedial action, the second anniversary for the three-year Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) extensions —the subject matter of the misrepresentations— has come and gone. Haven’t read the ruling yet, but first comment on the site is:

“The good judge is leaving it up to Sessions. This is the biggest Fear Factor of all the Uniparty. An honest Attorney General who will apply the law to the facts impartially regardless of which party one is in. This might be why the democrats are trying to delay. Watch the airports.”

And after scanning the first couple of pages, it appears that Judge Hanen reflects on those Obama DOJ lawyers who lied in his courtroom.

In summary, the Justice Department made the initial misrepresentations, then it admitted that they were made knowingly—but somehow accidently—yet refused to file any evidence to support the latter claim. It then asked this Court to sanction the entire Government. It should
have come to no one’s surprise that this Court reached its decision using the only evidence it had,
and entered a sanctions order (although not as broad of one as the Justice Department had
requested).

The scam works this way: signed Boobamba memos "delegate" to federal agencies orders to come up with plans (that must advance Boobamba's global conspiracy to overthrow the US govt w/ Third World federales and their cadres jumping the US border).

The federal agencies then "invent" Committees to do this (the better to overthrow the US govt). Then "Administrative Rules," after a comment period, will be published in the "Code of Federal Regulations," which magically turns them into law........ using federal fairy dust.

So Boobamba is shielded from responsibility---he doesn't have to take the hit. Behind closed doors, he tells federal factotums what he wants.....and faster than you can say "the combo plate w/ extra hot sauce".....the overthrow of the US govt commences.

THE "DELEGATION" HORROR STORY--A Federal agency MO since 1946. It's down to a science: (1) publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), (2) make the comment period really short, (3) stonewall any negative comments, and, (4) publish the rule, which (5) NOW has the force of US law. No Congressman was ever involved, and Boobamba doesn't leave his DNA on it. Yet again, why "Delegation" is ominous for liberty---why the writing of administrative law by federal agencies - is un-Constitutional (hat tip to FReeper Regulator.)

I have not read this article; I don’t go to Conservativetreehouse. But I was appalled when this fine judge ordered all the attorneys who had lied to him, to just go to ethics classes. Obama’s DO(in)J HAD NO ETHICS! Why did Judge Hanen only punish them with classes?? They should have had the book thrown at them......disbarrment at the very least for LYING TO A FEDERAL JUDGE.

The original DACA program continues.
USCIS is still processing legal papers for illegal aliens.
Every day that goes by without action another 40-50 illegal aliens are given work papers and permission to remain here.
The judge stopped DAPA and an expansion on DACA known as DACA+, but the original DACA goes on.

President Trump must act to stop DACA immediately, at least stop accepting new applications even if they do not rescind papers already issued.

NVA agrees in part but offers this dissent: After all those words, the judge lets them all off the hook. I count that as a loss. Certainly there is a list of names and I will wait with baited breath for DJT to utter those famous words, "You're Fired!"
