It seems the protests are getting pretty violent.
They never did send me any info when I registered. Couldn’t have comfortably bought multiple expensive tickets for planes and event for both my husband and myself, but it would’ve been nice to have gotten an invite.

By the time I looked into tickets the DeploraBall was sold out. It was really a pipe dream anyway. I couldn’t have made it because of the kids. Then I saw this horrible Periscope video where Cernovich was insulting this other person because his credit score was low. Then I figured I was glad I didn’t bother trying to go! I am sure it will be fun for those who can easily go.
Well, I don’t know. I could have misunderstood, but I thought this ball was for all us deplorables who might not be invited to the ritzy stuff, and I thought it was for after the inauguration.
I think the sponsors and organizers are there today setting up stuff maybe. There’s a thread somewhere which has the info on this ball and who to contact for tickets.
Looking at the video, there’s more regular people just wandering around than there are protesters.

I think the DeploraBall was always planned for tonight. I think the speeches have started. Not sure what the final lineup of speakers ended up being. Some of the original people got canned. There was a bunch of infighting, etc.
