“Now, even if the GOP can secure a repeal through the budget reconciliation process – which requires only a majority – they’ll need support from at least eight Democrats to hit the 60 votes needed to pass repeal legislation.”

All they have to do is pass anything in the house and senate then, gut the bill and replace the contents, then take it to reconciliation, these turds really like to rewrite history.

BwahahahahH. Already backing down. A week ago he vowed not to work with Republicans. Now he’s quibbling over the timing. The head clown is getting nervous

So, if the dems can’t get exactly what they want then it’ll be okay for millions to not have insurance.

Here’s the list of things Schumer can do about it:

1) Nothing
2) Zip
3) Nada
4) Zilch

(may have missed one or two)

Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) has made it crystal clear: If Republicans repeal ObamaCare without immediately implementing a plan to replace it, Democrats will not help them out of a pickle down the road.

Neither The House nor the Senate are immune from the penalties of the RICO Laws.

There is no "standing" required to file a motion for investigating RICO behavior.

To my knowledge, there is no statutes of limitation for RICO prosecution.

The New U.S. Government should file charges naming every Democrat who voted to pass the fraudulent Bill, as well as every GOPe criminal who couldn't be bothered to resist its passage. Obviously simply not voting for it was not enough.
Failure to be be able to mount resistance as the Democrats were in order to pass Obamacare crosses into criminal negligence, if not actual fiduciary failure.

Allow the Courts to accept or reject the charges, and allow "discovery" to occur.

Give the losers something possibly positive to the prosecution to deal with. let them respond to the charges.

The legislature is not immune from adopting illegal unconstitutional laws.

The Democratic senator said Republicans have refused to work with President Obama for six years to come up with fixes to improve the law because they wanted to heighten its unpopularity and score political points.

Unmitigated bullshove.

  1. If you hadn't shut out all Republicans from all committees, they might have been able to add their ideas.
  2. Because you didn't invite them, and instead froze them out, not one of them voted for your scheme.
  3. Your main champion, Pelosi, told us we would have to pass it to find out what's in it. You guys did, so we found out... and it sucks.
  4. It was over 12,000 pages of winding and confusing legislation. If you had written something simple and clean and fair, you might not be in this mess.
You guys effed it up. You had your shot. So suck it.

And yet somehow you assume with the upcoming midterms which find 25 or so Dem Senators defending their seats with many in deep red States, that none of them will vote with the Republicans?

Knowing politicians do you actually believe they will ALL sacrifice their careers for the “good of the Party”?

Seriously?

I wonder why so many here assign some mythical magical power too the Left? It is as if they can simply do whatever they want and always come out ahead. If that were the case why is their party in shambles and why do they find themselves as a Party in the worst shape they have been in in almost 90 years? If they are so smart and efficient why do they only have 16 Governorships vs the 34 held by Republicans? Why have they LOST 1048 Legislative seats nationwide in the past 8 yrs? Why did a candidate they claimed would be the “greatest choice for President ever” lose?

Aside from the Democrats themselves and the fully discredited Liberal media, who really believes any of the crap the Left has too say?
