I saw those videos last summer, when the "Trump mocked a reporter's disability" theme was one of the fake news stories circulated by the MSM on an almost daily basis.

After watching the various videos, and after seeing video of the reporter, I concluded that the story was a smear, and that Trump was simply using a common gesture to imitate someone who is backpedaling or making excuses for himself. It is a very common "flailing hands" gesture, and I use it myself.

Any reporter who cared about accuracy, and was willing to spend a few minutes on simple research, could have found out the truth. But they don't care.
