Clearly the US government is emotionally upset with Putin and Russia. I think that this Story is going to help the Trump nominees because of the ridiculous nature. Nobody will be paying attention to Sessions. And I think Tillerson will skate through unless Rubio and McCain are dead set against. Then I would expect war from Trump. And of course the end of Rubio’s political career outside of Florida.

A credible case can made that Hillary Clinton is a war criminal for her actions against Libya, as well. When the label of war criminal starts being thrown around, various US officials can also be labeled as such.
