Tucker Carlson and Glenn Beck brawled over his inflammatory rhetoric on Trump, his support of Ted Cruz, what he’s learned from the election, why Clinton lost and why he thinks Trump should be given a chance. The interview starts off with Beck denying he said Cruz was “anointed” by God to be president.
Beck said, “I never said he was anointed by God to be president of the United States. I do believe that people are called, all of us are, you’re called for your job, I’m called for my job, all of us are called for a specific time. That doesn’t mean that he is the only one who can do it. It doesn’t mean any of that. And it certainly doesn’t mean that God is going to make that happen. We all have to play our roles.”

I wanted to watch Carlson’s debut at 9, but when I saw Beck, I turned it off and watched netflix.
Glenn Beck is insane.
Close, but the way I would word it is He TALKS himself into a corner before he actually puts a lot of thought into what he is saying.
He has way too much air time to fill, covers way too many bases, and puts way to little time thinking and reflecting on how he wants to address most topics.
There was a time that I thought he had good some good points and seemed more “focused”, but anymore just seems to be desperately grasping at straws trying to stay relevant.

I thought the same thing. He was off the rails and off his rocker with the way he savaged Trump and he didn’t stop after the election was over. He certainly surprised me with his vicious hate that was worse than the liberals.

Mormon Extremists tried to stage a coups d’état in 2016 thinking they could take over “conservative” and “right wing” media even though they, as “saints”, are a small minority, and believed they could achieve this even if out numbered because “God is on our side” notions, and that this would next led to their stealth political control of the United States where America would then be transformed by means of the children who would be taught that it is “shocking” that anyone would not be a Mormon, and then a theocracy would be established and a new nation whose borders would consist of the US, large parts of Canada, Scotland and Cuba.
But God didn’t intervene for them, but if they can trick enough people that they are “buddy buddy” again they can give it another try because that is God’s plan.
On his 7:00 PM show Tucker would have been spitting and that fleck of mouth foam would have been collecting on the right side of his mouth.
If Tucker is going soft at 9:00 PM I'll remove his DVR just like that last bitch that was on at 9:00 PM.
I'll give him a few more nights to get it right, but if Tucker starts wearing a bra and bow tie, he's outta here.

He started out in Tampa as a shock jock jerk. I never listened to him then but I remember that when the Terri Schiavo incident was happening he had one of his epiphanies after going thru his alcoholic rehab. I would not miss a single show and finally met him in the Clearwater court house during one of the Schiavo hearings with Judge Greer. Then he moved to NY and was on Fox and I enjoyed his show. Seems like after his move to Texas he became strange again. He still comes on our local channel several hours in the morning but I turn him off immediately . He seems like he doesn’t know what he wants to be.
Beck lied. He did say Cruz was anointed by God. (Didn’t Beck have a “ceremony” where he shook some chicken bones or something over Cruz to signify the anointing?)
Cruz’ father also said Teddy was anointed by God, IIRC.
The interview was good. Beck showed a touch of humility. He looked healthy. His perspective on life, politics, and fame has become logical. What I like about Tucker is that he isn’t there just to eviscerate his guest(s) — unless they deserve it. He’s truly interested in what they have to say. It seems the best compliment he gives them is “that was interesting”.
He had the nerve to say that? He bashed Trump relentlessly for months. I couldnt stand to listen to him, even when nothing else was in.
It wasn’t a “brawl” it was a thoughtful debate, both men respectful of the other. @silverhair

Tucker did Beck a YUGE favor by having him on his first prime time show. It allowed Beck to appear rational. (his face was not orange).
I’d be very careful if I were Tucker. I wouldn’t trust Beck for a second. Beck tried to schmooze Hannity, but luckily Hannity caught on fairly quickly.
Beck is POISON. Stay away!

Yes and no. Manic depressive can cycle fairly slowly. Bipolar flips more quickly than you change your socks.
