Give them back their freaking things. Police don’t need their wallets. For crying out loud.
They are trying to, this has nothing to do with the police keeping items, its just the logistics of it all, do you think you can instantly give back 25,000+ items to everyone? How do you find out what belongs to whom.
After what these people have been through, where is the Red Cross; The Governor; The head of the Airport???
Ok Trump Supporters in Fort Lauderdale...your being called on to help out these people...no body else is going to, so lets make President Trump look good and go help out!!!
Check Craigslist and Ebay, TSA agent with a new car.

Anything with a name....list the names
2500 articles is not a lot of articles.
That security line always freaks me out, because you’re completely vulnerable for a period of time. They separate you from EVERYTHING. I hate the TSA ritual. They need to find a better way. Do the Israeli airlines do this?
And those poor people standing on the tarmac for hours without food, drink, or restrooms. They can drop food for cattle from helicopters. Why not these people? I’m surprised Trump didn’t step in and handle it.
Hate to say this, but the real terrorists are our own government and bureaucrats.
Sadly these traitorous officials and bureaucrats are unlikely to face a trial, conviction, and being sentenced to hang for the crime of giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
I thought the shooting was in baggage claim... why were these people running ? Is the security check point that close to baggage claim ?
God help you if you lose everything; even in this country.
There’s a few good folks out there.
That’s what concerns me so much when the fake money printing thing blows; as it always does.
I hope we bought some time by having an American (finally) who loves this country (finally) who has some ACTUAL business experience (finally).
Yeah. Also, people go to a known terrorist target (pick any airport) wearing some of the craziest stuff...
Sandals and high heels, for instance. When you are running over broken glass and possibly fire do you really want flip-flops or a pair of stilettos?
Plan accordingly.
It seems as if the entire airport buildings were evacuated very quickly after the shooting occurred...(??)
err you keep your id in your hand at all times when going through security....
The baggage handlers got a windfall.
I always hold my wallet over my head when I go through the airport scanners. Then I hand it to the TSA guy who inspects it and hands it back to me. I don't like the idea of being separated from my ID and money. Never had a problem doing it this way.
And they had their wallets and their baggage? Uh why?
good idea. i will do that the next time i absolutely have to fly.
