I was listening to some local Chicago lib radio hosts this morning swooning over the crowd waiting in single digit temps for tickets to Obama's last speech here Tuesday. After a few hours, they found the free tickets going up on Craigslist for up to $2500. Looks like the people in line were capitalists hoping to sell the tickets to the limousine liberal crony capitalists with more sense than to stand in line for hours in the freezing cold.😄

Sadly, yes. I am a fan, and have seen him in concert 3 times (most recently in September). I am about 3/4 of the way through his book "Born to Run".

He is one of the few people I have read about that I like less having learned more about them.

He makes it clear in the book that he rejects God. He makes a namby-pamby statement saying "Well, once a Catholic, I guess I am always a Catholic", but then firmly say he does not believe God will damn or judge anyone. The rest is a long story. He used people, hurt people, and yes, cheated people.

Never been a fan of Bruce. Felt he was a manufactured talent, kinda like the Monkees. 😄 Back in the day when I followed music, he came from nowhere and got featured on the cover of big magazines just as his first record was being released. That was back in the day when fans still liked to discover the talent, not have it fed to them from east coast media.
