My predictions:

Pardons for Hillary and lots of others in his administration, including the IRS people.

Pardons for illegal aliens. He will try to give them an argument they can stay, even though a pardon should only mean they can't go to jail for past offenses. They can still be kicked out. But federal judges will try to argue otherwise.

Release as many from GItmo as possible. The military should defy him if he issues the order. He can't do anything to them any more.

Release more money to Iran.

Declare Palestine a country.

Destroy lots of records. Take records of his enemies. Pass info to the Brotherhood.

Try to start a fight with the Russians.

That's just for starters.

Someone made a great point in a radio segment here in the NYC area yesterday. The host wondered why Obama would have bothered going on a two-week vacation in December when he was going to be leaving the White House permanently on January 20th. Any normal person would want to relish the last month of their tenure in the White House, no?

He speculated that Obama thinks of the White House as a prison, and his job as an eight-year prison sentence. I've speculated for years that he probably lost interest in the job once the Democrats lost control of Congress in 2010.
