They could have chosen to go on with there lives and not uprooted their family from NYC and stepped away from their business interests.
The Kushners are a testament to an amazingly supportive family.

Of all the people associated with Trump, I trust the Kushners less than anyone. I’ve lived in the New York City area long enough that I’ve seen them up close, and I’ve never liked what I’ve seen.

P.S. — What I’m trying to say is that Kushner should stick to real estate and his other business ventures, and stay out of the Trump administration.

They could have chosen to go on with there (SIC)
lives They wouldn't be in the news if they had done that, would they?

That’s a little harsh, isn’t it? Would you care to explain what you’re talking about? Also, who exactly do you mean by “the Kushners”? Jared and Ivanka? Other family members?

I’m still trying to figure Jared Kushner out. He obviously is smart and capable, but I am worried that he is a closet Democrat.

I hope that DJT’s apparent ‘coming to the Lord’, per Dr. James Dobson, is correct. I also hope that Holy Spirit QUICKLY changes Mr. Trump, and that the changes his family sees in him, bring them to faith in Jesus. I also hope that, whether this happens or not, the US, and the rest of ‘Christendom’, returns to its Christian roots, a ‘Great Re-awakening’, like the ‘Great Awakenings’ of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Im still trying to figure Jared Kushner out. He obviously is smart and capable, but I am worried that he is a closet Democrat. Exactly. I've never met anyone with his pedigree in New York City real estate circles who would be considered remotely conservative by any objective measure. If I had read his biographical profile without knowing who he was, I would have assumed he was Hillary Clinton's son-in-law, not Donald Trump's.
I don't have anything bad to say about the guy, but I just don't trust him enough to put him in any position of responsibility in my government.

Call me crazy, but I've been sensing that the Lord will have his hand on Jared and Ivanka, and this will have strategic importance for Israel and the United States in the last days.

He definitely has an agenda. Whether it’s the one we voted for remains to be seen.

Call me crazy but I would hope Donald Trump approaches his responsibilities as President of the United States without any regard for the opinions of people who see these as “the last days.”

Afraid I can't concur with that. I hope he has regard for your opinions and mine too. :-)

Whether its the one we voted for remains to be seen. That's exactly the point.
I can pretty much guarantee you that "his agenda" (whatever it may be) has nothing in common with the working-class voters who propelled Trump to victory in places like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan.
Mr. Trump would do well to eliminate anyone from his circle of confidants whose agenda is supported heavily by people in states that voted overwhelmingly for Hillary Clinton.

Please, Donald, send Jared and Ivanka back to run the businesses in NY—and take on Don and Eric as actual policy advisors.

Kushner's father is a convicted criminal and was renowned in New Jersey for being a major donor and fund-raiser for some of the most 'effed-up Democrats in recent memory -- including one notorious scumbag named Jim McGreevey.
It's interesting -- and maybe not even a coincidence -- that Kushner has so much in common with Chelsea Clinton's husband, Marc Mezvinsky.
