In fact, they only matter if taken by a white person, especially a cop, acting in self-defense. Then they matter so much that we are entitled to burn down a city and loot all the established businesses nearby.

NYC annual murder rates are interesting. In 1969 they went over 1000 and stayed well over that until 1995. In 1990 and 1991 they topped 2000. In 2014 there were 328 which were the lowest since 1928. The 9/11 attacks aren’t usually included in these stats but they were a type of murder of course.
That might help a few, but according to the report, "shootings in those areas generally wasn’t [sic] random, with more than 80 per cent of the victims having previously been identified by police as more susceptible because of their gang ties or past arrests."
It's basically a war going on in Chicago with gangs murdering other gangs. And gangs are part of the culture in Chicago, especially five predominantly-black neighborhoods on the south and west side. That culture was already developed when I lived there in the 60s. It has now become completely malignant under Demonicrat-controlled administration. Even with abortion they still manage to reproduce enough to replenish those gang members killed, and so it continues.
Wait until it becomes a major sanctuary city after 20 Jan 2017 with illegals streaming in for ebt cards, lodging, health care and other goodies.
Then, Trump cuts federal funding.

The ironic thing is that welfare was started in Germany around the turn of the 19th century and the whole idea was to prevent the poor from joining a revolution.
