Some of them are getting it.

That may be encouraging.

There might be hope they will become conservative.

Wow, why is this guy able to see it? I thought he said he was an east coast liberal.

Leftists are starting to understand - Clinton, Obama and their beloved nanny-statists are really just oligarchs and crony-capitalists, manipulating America’s increasingly debt-ridden society, and narrowing wealth for their own advantage.

They are also war-mongers, given the fact that obama and clinton have caused utter destruction in Libya, Syria, launched wars in Egypt, Ukraine and Crimea and caused the largest refugee/migrant crisis in Europe since WWII.

Some are starting to realize “hope and change” is a farce.

There isn’t a liberal alive who isn’t convinced that they are morally and intellectually superior to middle America. And the people just got sick of it.

I care about him and do pray for him. Maybe some light is seeping through. I hope The LORD saves him, in Jesus Holy Name.

Bourdain also criticized HBO political talk show host Bill Maher as "the worst of the smug, self-congratulatory left. . ."

Bourdain may not have made as many snide remarks about Republicans on his show(s) as Maher but I think that's only because he doesn't get a similar number of opportunities on a food and travel show as Maher gets. But that's not for the lack of trying; I've seen him force plenty of snide comments in out of the blue.

Right. And they believe that anything they do is above criticism because they are the saviors of humanity, the bringers of nirvana.

History’s actual lesson: anytime the number of leftists in a society hits critical mass, major bloodshed follows.

Note to liberals who lurk here:

Anthony Bourdain is completely and totally wrong. Hillary’s mistake was not gushing over Obama enough, not raving about how wonderful it is to kill coal jobs, how much she likes allowing anyone who feels like it to use any public restroom they want, and how much she approves of using the government as a hammer to crush those who refuse to bow down to gay “marriage” and every other liberal cause on demand. The best course now would be to keep Obama and Hillary front and center as the face of the democrat party. Big government liberalism is the true image of progressives, and the truth will set us free.

“Something about this guy gives me the creeps.”

Yes. I watch a lot of food shows, but I’m not too familiar with Bourdain, but that’s because I avoid him. He’s creepy and full of himself, but seemingly not entirely lacking in insight. So, good for him for that, but that’s as far as it goes.

“He’s a lot like Penn Jillette.”

Eh, not sure about that. Jillette is not an assh*le, but I do think Bourdain is, your mileage may vary.

Amazing, I figured after that show with Obama, he would be falling all over the Dems ... I guess I’ll “unscratch” him off my watch list. hmmm

FROM THE WRAP, Sept. 20, 2016:

Anthony Bourdain dined with President Obama last week on the season premiere of CNN’s “Parts Unknown,” but don’t expect him to break bread with the “loathsome” Donald Trump anytime soon.

“Absolutely f—ing not,” the globe-trotting foodie told TheWrap when asked if he would care for a private dining session with The Donald.

“I’ve been a New Yorker most of my life, [and] for better or worse Mr. Trump is a New Yorker,” Bourdain said. “We know him well here. We’ve watched how he does business and we’ve watched him say things and then we’ve seen whether or not he did those things, we have seen how he treats the people he does business with. I would give the same answer that I would have given 10 years ago, when he was just as loathsome,” he added.

If liberals didn’t have double standards, they wouldn’t have any standards at all.

Wow, that’s an insightful autopsy. Wonder if he j(Berdain) just trashed his career.

On one hand he "understands" the middle class, and on the other hand he personally wants nothing to do with (himself using ugly profanity about) the president who wants to bring all classes together. ....Sounding exactly like a self-described smug intolerant liberal himself.

I washed dishes. I waited tables. I worked as a fry cook. Before there were illegal aliens, there were teenagers and college students.

Anthony should just go stick another needle in his arm...he has lots of experience. Trump is 1000 times a better person on his worst day than Bourdain has ever been on his best day. Another arrogantly useless leftist.
