George, I lost family in the World Trade Center jihad attack.
No game
Mr. Trump, the atom bomb made me gay.
I lost family at Hiroshima: and all I got was this T-shirt!
Scotty once said: “The best diplomat I know is a fully charged phaser bank!”
Ah yes, I remember him mentioning his lost family members when obama enabled Iran’s nuclear bomb program.
I also remember his bitter protests to giving Russia fully one fifth of our uranium...
It’s the left that’s trying to start a war with Russia - complain to them.
So, I lost family in Germany. And my uncle dropped the bombs on them too!
I lost relatives to the Japanese in WWII.
So, FU Sulu.
Where’s Georgie Pooh’s apologies for PH, Bataan, and all Jap atrocities?
Yeah, and FDR locked you up in a concentration camp, but I notice all is forgiven.
George, you should just quit being such a “”good guy”. It seems you must continue in spite of evidence to the contrary to demean Mr. Trump because your little liberal life a) permits ISIS, b)rape of women, C) killing of children, d) throwing homosexuals off of roofs...is that what this is all about?
Yes, people died in Hiroshima and Americans (gee whiz) in Japanese concentration camps in SE Asia and the Philippines...but far more are dying from literally insane followers of Mohammed who himself was not sane by any definition.
Maybe you can rexamine your priorities about what constitutes a “good” death.
I am sorry your ‘family’ died but were those immediate family members or people you didn’t know? Just curious about the relationships.
land invasion of up to 1 million troops was the alternate plan.
Get over your butt-hurt, Sulu
I lost family to the Black Death 800 years ago. So??????????
And further more...the Japs actually ATE some of our guys. That kind of behavior is simply beyond the pale.
If we did not nuke Japan we faced a couple of other bad choices:
1. We could have blockaded and bombed the islands into rubble. Millions of Japanese would be starved to death. Their resolve would be hardened.
2. We could have invaded. Again, casualties would have been horrific. Conservatively in the millions for both sides.
3. We could have nuked them, with casualties in the hundred—to two hundred thousand range.
I would love to hear Georgie’s selection.
How many families lost their loved ones in horrendous circumstance perpetrated by the Empire of Japan?
At least your relatives pain was over in a fraction of a second and did not suffer for months and years, even decades.....................
What an ahole. Innocent Americans were dragged into war because his dead family’s government. Those atomic bombs saved lives
George Takei — Go suck a #ick!!!
My dad is a WWII vet & worked at a hospital in Hawaii that received Pacific theater wounded so I’ve heard a few stories about what went on with the Japanese .... Mr. Takei (who is a poisonous, Leftist, Trump-hating worm), in this matter is on “the wrong side of history” as his buddy Obama, the Hapless Lame Duck, is fond of saying.
Ooooooh, myyyyyyy!
