I agree. The correct use of pronouns, including distinguishing pronouns from contraction and *always* using the correct case, is what sets us apart from the savages.
Dear Yaelle, I agree with every word you wrote, except for the very last one: “junk”.
I would argue, strongly, that the sexual organs should never be referred to disrespectfully: not as $%$#%$$ or $&%$ or #$%#@, and certainly not as “plumbing”.
Its desperately sad that the same people who see themselves as “sex-positive” treat the genital organs as if they were absurd, meaningless and inconsequential.
They are meaningful, not only because they are used for the sacred task of bringing new persons into the world, but also because they give us crucially important clues as to who we are and how we are to live our lives with sanity and integrity.
Honor yourself and your Creator, all people everywhere! You are not trash and your genitals are not junk.

As far as their DNA is concerned, they have various different combination of Xs and Ys and NOT the normal allotment. Christine Jorgenson is the most famous one such.
Just as I have the right to call them anything I want, including their proper birth pronoun.
