That would tie in with him pushing Mike Lee who called on Trump to quit in October, refused to endorse him, and who declined to be considered for a Supreme Court post.

A major foreign policy speech? I’m not sure that belongs at the top of the agenda. I’d rather repeal Obamacare, deport illegals, and build the wall first.
